The co-founder of the American Insurance Institute, William Randy Murray is without question the most accomplished person in the life insurance industry of the twentieth century.
Beginning
as just one man, knocking on neighborhood doors, while a senior at the
University of Georgia in 1969, Mr. Murray went on to build the most
profitable life insurance agency in the United States producing
1,224,556 policies during the decade of the 1990's.
A
nationally known speaker to Fortune 500 companies and author of 9
books, Randy Murray is no stranger to achievement and success. His
first year in the business, 1969, was not a period of learning. During
his first 6 weeks he led the nation in sales. Over the next 15 years,
he led every company he was associated with in production.
By his mid-thirties he began working on a project that he knew would
lead him through the remaining years of his career. He knew there was a
better way. There was a better way to put himself in front of a
potential client, a prospect. Cold calling or working referred leads
was not the way Randy wanted to continue to work. After five years, the
Affordable Life and Marketing Program came into existence.
Besides
production personally and through his agency, Randy became the highest
paid and most sought after consultant in the insurance industry during
the 1990’s. United States Life Insurance Company of New York alone paid
Randy over 3 million dollars in consulting fees just to train their
agents how to use his marketing system. In just 4 years, their business
was increased from 8 million to 48 million in first year premiums.
Randy is now active in building another marketing company by taking
advantage of the lessons he has learned over the years. This time
around, he wants partners. He wants an organization where everyone
involved benefits from individual effort as well as the efforts of
everyone in the agency.
“This
time around, I want to help 500 individuals to be on track to be
millionaires after just three years,” explains Murray. Anyone that
shows they are sincere regardless of their past education,
accomplishments, unfortunate financial problems or length of time in
the business will be invited to participate, to become a partner.
For
individuals wanting to build an agency –who better to learn from than
the most successful agency builder in the country? This organization
will not be built on the back of the personal producer. It is not
tolerated that the personal producers sacrifice in commissions and
support to favor a large marketing company. We do not need more
managers, we need producers. That is the bottom line and the very
backbone the American Insurance Institute is being built on today.
We
firmly believe that the up to 130% payouts should go to the personal
producers. It is time they had a better than average income, and a
better retirement. It is time to take advantage of what is rightfully
yours. Join the American Insurance Institute and allow Randy Murray to
lead you into this promising future.
